REFUND / RETURN POLICY
When you receive our premium delivery service if there are any items which need to be serviced please contact our Customer Care Department at 513-874-5553.
If within three (3) days of the delivery you are not satisfied with your merchandise we will be happy to assist you with exchanging your product or obtaining a refund.
- Any cancellation of the merchandise within the three (3) day period will be processed for the original merchandise purchase. Delivery fees are not refundable.
- Merchandise must be in original / new condition.
- This return policy does not apply to clearance items, mattresses, special orders or floor sample merchandise.
If within 3 days you are not completely satisfied with the item you have selected you may come in and re-select new merchandise;
Re-Stocking and Delivery fees will apply.

Furniture Fair offers superior product protection through our Assurance Plus Furniture Protection Plan. This offers you peace of mind in case the furniture is accidentally damaged in your home. If at the end of 5 years you have not needed this plan, you can receive a cerificate for the full amount of the plan. This certificate can be used towards the purchase of any product double the price of your original Assurance Plus plan amount. This ceritficate must be claimed within 6 months of the plan expiration date and used within 12 months of the expiration date.

At Furniture Fair we guarantee that our prices are the lowest available in the Cincinnati Ohio Tri-State market. If you are able to find it advertised lower, we will beat that price or it is free! Competitors pricing is subject to verification. Excludes: clearance items, floor samples, close-outs, and discontinued merchandise.
