It pulls out to reveal an extra thick innerspring mattress and is available in queen sleeper, full sleeper or even chair sleeper to fit your room size. It is made in the U.S.A in Asheboro North Carolina. The frame is made of ply/hardwoods and sinuous springs. It is can be special ordered in other fabrics.
