As always the service was great-we have bought our furniture from Furniture Fair since Bob Daniels opened the store and we still have some wood pieces of the furniture, in the 1960's.
I just wanted to say a heart felt "Thank You" to, I believe his name is Shawn at the Colerain location. He actually works in maintenance or something similar because I purchased a table and chairs there on Friday and he was going to to take the legs off so I could take it with me but, a co-worker broke one. Shawn asked how far away I live and I'm only about a mile maybe mile and 1/2 away so, he said he would fix it and bring it over when he got off work at 6. As it turned out, he was unable to fix it so he picked up a new one and tried to deliver it to my house. After getting lost a couple of times and wasting his Friday evening, I met him at UDF and he gave me a perfect replacement leg for my table. I finished putting it together that evening and we have enjoyed it ever since. If I employed anybody, that's I would want to have that kind of customer service innate in all of my staff. I'm sure to buy from Furniture Fair again and recommend it to all my friends.
EXCELLENT customer service. Lana was our customer representative and did an outstanding job explaining all of the various details of the sofa sets you offer. She was very knowledgeable about all of the pieces. She was also patient and did not pressure us into anything. The key to your success is people like Lana. (Eastgate store) We looked at several other places as well as Furniture Fair. No one offers to remove our old furniture that we no longer want. This is the main reason for repeatedly using your store for purchases. Without this service, the process to rid us of the old furniture would have been an aggravation.
I was very well pleased in the salesman Terry; he was very helpful, not pushy. I would seek him out again when looking for something there, I know Peggy went the extra mile to see that my chairs with on a truck for Friday in stead of the following week. I really appreciated her help. Everyone was so nice and polite with I entered the store. My neighbor and I were there shopping together and her item was also put on truck for delivery with mine. The fellows that brought the chairs and her table were extra nice. I have nothing but very good things to say about Furniture Fair. Knowing that my husband had just passes away I received a beautiful sympathy card from the store. What a wonderful surprise. I felt like we were treated like family, Thanks for all they did.
Our experience was wonderful. We had the best salesman who did not push us but was very helpful. We always find something to buy in your store!
After picking my bed up on 2/21 the frame was bent. So they told me i could come back the next day and they would have me a replacement. The store mamager contacted me from the Cold Springs location. They not only got a replacement for me but they delivered it and set it up. Alex was a very nice and very helpful. He not only set the bed up for me but also removed all trash. I was not happy in the beginning but i am so pleased of the service and the perfessionaL service that Alex assisted me with. THANKS ALEX!!!!You made a difference in my purchase.

Your salesperson, Xandria, has gone way out of her way not once but several times to solve what I thought were insurmountable problems.

Time in an time out, Kelly Wynne provides excellent service in a professional and prompt manner. Though there are never ending resources to purchase furniture from, my family and I will continue to exclusively buy all of our furniture from Furniture Fair as long as Kelly is a part of the team. I took delivery today and had to call to tell how very pleased I am with the whole experience. I am completely satisfied with my merchandise. The unexpected purchase of my dining set looks fabulous with the rest of my decor. I wants to thank my salesperson, Janis Tibbs & Mary Bowmer for their patience, friendliness & professionalism. I cant say enough about the delivery guys in truck 7. They took care to not track dirt on my floors and they were very careful & professional in the way that they treated
the merchandise and my home.
We had a wonderful experience with Furniture Fair, from start to finish. We went to the location in Florence off of Spiral Drive. Patrick was our sales asociate. He was considerate, helpful, knowledgeable, and really catered to our individual needs. I work in customar service, and I must say, I was really impressed with how I was treated at Furniture Fair.
