Very Professional

Dear Xandria,  I just wanted to say to you that you're very sweet.  You helped me find everything I was looking for and gave my mother Paula and step-father Mike and my daughter Amber and I the highest respect.  I felt really appreciated by that.  I thank you for all the things you looked up for me in the store.  This was my first purchase at a Furniture Fair store and you and the other people in the office has made it a wonderful experience to where if I need furniture again, which I know I will then I'll know where to go.  I thought the prices for what I wanted to buy were reasonable and definitely made well.  I cannot wait until Amber's room is complete and I will let everyone know where the furniture came from and what a fantastic experience I had.  When I am ready for the dining room then I will send you another email.

My Dog and Me are Happy

My little dog would like to thank Xandria.  When I told her that my  little dog hurt her shoulder jumping off my bed because the frame was too high, Xandria found a lower frame and exchanged it.  Now my dog and I are both happy.

Thanks for all your help

I just wanted to thank you for all your help.  I stopped over at the Eastgate store and purchased the mirror.  I had the choice of taking the floor model or waiting for the shippment and I am going to wait to see if the item comes in on time.  I am very grateful that you took the time to research this for me.  In the future I will always look here first before buying elsewhere.

Hi Xandria...  thanks for the reply.  I hadn't planned to buy from Furniture Fair, because the  website didn't show prices or delivery info.  However, your reply made the difference.  I went to Furniture Fair Florence on Saturday, and bought the futon.

Xandria, I went to Furniture Fair - tri county over the past weekend.  Thanks to your great advice I purchased the Expedition 2 bed; and three brookhaven captain's bed. ( at the time the other choices were not on the floor, so I adjusted my choices.)

Online Service a Great Time Saver

I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service that I received from Xandria this week. I have been searching for a gift for my husband for weeks and due to my extensive business travel schedule, really did not have the time to go out searching in stores. I saw the Big Mans Recliner on your website and had the great fortune of connecting with Xandria through your online customer service. I have to admit that I do not have much patience but Xandria did such an awesome, expedient job of taking care of me that I purchased the chair sight unseen due to her description and management of the process. I asked her tons of questions and she was always quick to reply in a very courteous manner. During a time when great customer service is very hard to find, it was quite refreshing to deal with such an wonderful, knowledgeable individual. She is to be highly commended for her customer-centric disposition. I will definitely buy from Furniture Fair again based on my experience with her.
