[We] purchased furniture from you on Sunday, September 2nd. Our furniture was delivered (Exactly) as was written on our invoice Wednesday September 5th! From our entry into the store, Joshua Kelly received us with a great "Hello" and was so helpful-Tony and Justin (drivers) were wonderful with the delivery and helping us!
The furniture was delivered at the exact begin time of our window. The men were very careful not to nick the entry way by placing the huggie mat on the door jam. They placed the furniture where I asked for it to be and asked me if I wanted adjusted any. They were very courteous and asked if there was anything else they could do for us (couldn't get them to pay for the furniture-LOL).
As usual, our experience at FF has been a pleasure and your management should be very pleased with the staff (from sales to the office to the delivery). Great Job.
I believe that the name of the delivery man was David. At any rate, he has delivered furniture to our home in the past. He is quite an engineer, professional and knows his products.
Great! I have had 2 recent deliveries of furniture and both times the men were very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to have friendly people doing their job. As well the sales people aren't pushy and that's what keeps me coming back to your store. Also Sandy in the office was very courteous and changed my order when I discovered I ordered 1 too many end tables.
