Furniture Fair

 Chris Hoffman did a great job of explaining what was available and seeking to meet our needs. He seemed to have an appreciation for color, design, performance of the item, and how it feels to the touch, which are all important to me.  I don't purchase furniture often, but have always been happy with the quality of what we've purchased at Furniture Fair. 

  I felt that he was being honest, and had a desire to help us be happy with our purchase.  I appreciate that.  Had been in another furniture store and the pressure and sales gimmicks headed me right back out the door.  Plus, Furniture Fair had the exact sofa(s) we were looking for!  It was a good experience.  Thanks!

Mike made our day as he worked with us for several hours and helped us put together a new living room set that we are very pleased with and anticipate will fit well into our home. Mike Kuhn was very knowledgeable and was able to answer each of our questions and helped us with a special order chair in a fabric that we all felt would fit with the color of the leather sofa and loveseat that we liked and also ordered.

We appreciate the fact that the furniture is made in America and that was a selling point with us that Mike pointed this out to us knowing the manufacturer and the origin of the furniture was a great selling point for us. This speaks well for the training and information that was provided to and for Mike. Thanks for a great experience! We have always found what we like and want at Furniture Fair and now have a new sales person that we trust and value.

 We have been long term Furniture Fair shoppers since 1984 when Chuck sold us our Bassett Bedroom furniture. We have purchased many times since that first experience and they have always been great sales people. Mike Kuhn was very patient with us yesterday as we made 3 separate purchases yesterday. I can't imagine buying furniture anywhere but Furniture Fair.

This experience, as has been the case with all of my recent Furniture Fair experiences, was excellent. Your sales people were accommodating and responsive and they followed-up with me to make sure that we knew when we were going to receive what we ordered. It began with a warm welcome as we entered the store.  Our sales person was top notch.  I gave her specifics about the item we were looking for.  She showed me several possibilities that fit our description.  With one set, it was love at first sight.  (Our plans were to visit several other store, yours being the first).  The price point was right, exactly what I wanted, no pressure.  We had already had issues with one of your local competition stores, so we were a little nervous when the delivery date and time was set.  Bingo!  Delivered on time by two of the nicest men.  They were friendly, careful, respectful and on time.  If I were still in business, I would be making an attempt at stealing a couple of your employees.  You're lucky this time. 
We plan on continuing to work with your store.  We already have another piece on order.

 My wife and I had a great experience (as always!) shopping at Furniture Fair this week.  Jennifer was very pleasant, knowledgeable, willing to show us all of the features of the furniture, and was very good with our two kids (at 6 and 4 they can be a handful, especially when doing "boring shopping"!).  Jennifer also worked with us on pricing, clearly beating the sale prices at Ashley Furniture.  I also appreciated Becca helping us find a soft mattress for my daughter.  Overall great experience--we'll definitely be back soon!

My experience with Furniture Fair was EXCELLENT.  My salesperson Chris could not have been more helpful.  I purchased furniture for my new home.  The entire process of picking out new furniture was very overwhelming for me, but Chris made that "stressful" process easy and fun.  He quickly honed in on my style and needs and directed me to many appropriate options.  He clearly researched many ideas for my new home and presented them in a very professional and nonstressful manner.  He had my best interest in mind as well.  Chris never rushed me and never pressured me into any decisions.  He was very knowledgeable of the products offered at Furniture Fair, including style, value and quality. 
He kept me posted regarding when my furniture would be available.
 
I have received some of my furniture, some is still on order.  I am completely satisfied with the items delivered.  Thanks to Chris' help - it looks TERRIFIC.  I could not be more pleased with my entire Furniture Fair experience.

I cannot say enough about the knowledge that Chris Hoffman had about the product and the construction of it. It is truly refreshing to talk to someone that knows his business. As a woodworker myself I have over 30 years experience in cabinet and furniture construction so it is real easy for me to know if someone is "just winging it". He was truthful and helpful and spent the needed time to help guide my wife and me to our ultimate choice. Your store wasn't the first that we had been to, but I will say it was the first that knew what they were talking about. I dealt with Furniture Fair when it was the little store on Dixie Hwy in Erlanger when Steve Daniels worked there, so you have a repeat customer, it was just 35 years later :). They treated me well then as well....

I do a lot of shopping for our group homes and found that Furniture Fair has furniture that last and if there is ever a problem they make it right.  Prices are good as well since our individuals do not have funds for high prices.  I am thankful to be able help our folks.

We have purchased from the Colerain store in the past and that was such a great experience we came back.  This time my wife and I brought my mother, who was also looking for a new sofa.  Reggie Landrum greeted us at the door and offered his assistance.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. Reggie was great!!!  We came in just to browse and had we felt pressured we would have left.  We were not pressured.  As a result, we bout a new living room set and a bed frame.  And my mother purchased a living room set and a dining room table set.  Reggie took care of us and we appreciate it!!!  We will definitely be back!  My wife and I will be looking for a new dining room set in the next 6 months.  Reggie and Furniture Fair will get our business!!!

I had shopped your store in the past so I expected to find a good value for quality furniture. I had already decided on a sofa and chair from another store and was still in the market for a bedroom. But after going in Furniture Fair to place my first order I changed my mind about buying elsewhere and returned to get both my bedroom and living room furniture at your location. The main reasons included price for good quality merchandise as well as your staff. Your staff was actually the deciding point. They knew the products, did not hard sell, were friendly and professional all attributes I admire. I have walked away from buying something I wanted just because of a salesperson's behavior, knowledge or attitude. My highest compliments to both Jennifer and Perry. I will not hesitate to recommend them and Furniture Fair.

I was in your store on Thursday October 18th with my girlfriend. Your sales consultant Carmen greeted us and was very professional and friendly. My girlfriend and I was in your store a little over five hours. I am on a walker and Carmen went and got a wheelchair for me to go around the store to look at sofas, chair and end tables and she wheeled me around because my friend couldn't. The whole time we were there she was friendly, very very helpful, never seem that we were putting her out or anything for as long as we were with her. I was very very impressed with her and feel that she should be recongized for her professisonalism, helpfulness and warmth about her. I wished every store I shopped at would have a Carmen . You are very lucky to have such a wonderful employee.  My visit to your store was excellent!

Just a note to tell you what a great experience it was, and always is, at Furniture Fair Cold Springs. The salesman who helped us, Eamon Maloney, remembered who we were even though it had been a long time since we'd purchased anything, or for that matter, even been in the store.....

It is really refreshing to go into a store where the staff is knowledgeable about their products. They must spend a lot of time on training, because Eamon knew all the different brands and what made one better suited for us based on price and quality. We did not purchase the furniture for our basement yet but are sure to return there when we are ready. I really like that there was no heavy pressure when it was clear we were not ready to make a decision that day.

Finally, let me just say that clearly we could purchase furniture at any of a number of places, but it is the people and the service that keeps us coming back to this particular store. I'm not sure how the employees are trained, but there are some things you just can’t teach. Our salesperson was really great, a natural, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. 

I am very pleased with my new twin mattress set. It was just what I was looking for.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your Colerain store staff. We were greeted promptly and courteously and taking to Bob Nebolsky in the mattress department. Bob was just great. He was charming and he knew exactly what I was looking for and in no time at all we were on our way to Fairfield to pick up my new mattress set. Your staff at the warehouse were efficient and fast and loaded my purchase in our van with no trouble at all.

Yes thank you for such good service, Me and my wife went to another furniture store close to you and bought $6,000. dollars in furniture in the last 8mo, They got real nasty with my wife we come to your store I let my wife come in by her self for about 20 min she was very happy with her sales person LANA she was very helpful. My mother & I received excellent service at your Florence store. We were greeted at the door by your sales associate, Joe Sanders and he made sure we were at the correct part of the store due to the remodeling. He then proceeded to get a wheelchair for my mother so that she didn't have to try walk around the store with her walker. He got on the elevator with her and after we got downstairs he demonstrated the liftchair recliner to her that she was interested in. I had left her walker in the car and Joe even went back out to my car to get it for her so she could walk from the wheelchair to the recliner. He then brought her back upstairs on the elevator and I proceeded to the kiosk. There were some issues with GE Capital's system, but everything worked out and our account was set up. While Joe took me over to set up delivery and the protection plan, the manager got my mother some water and even offered my mother some cake. I thought that was really sweet. After everything was set up, Joe pushed my mother out to the car and waited with her at the curb while I went and got the car. After I went got the car, he even helped her out of the wheelchair and into my car. I would recommend the Florence Furniture Fair to anyone I know who is looking to buy furniture. And I would DEFINITELY tell them to ask for Joe Sanders!

We use to go to Value City Furniture all the time and found that the furniture was not lasting a year and even when we took out the warranty there was always a reason why they could not honor it.  We really do enjoy shopping at Furniture Fair and I tell everyone about the quality of your furniture and how friendly the staff are.

We had a very warm welcome!  Steven Proctor was a very nice and friendly sales person and took his time and showed us what we were interested in and our price range to fit our budget and did not try to sell us something over and above what we could afford.  Explained all the details and went over the electrical plan for the chair and the assurance plan for the sofa.   I would recommend this store and Steven to my friends and family. We will shop again at this store.

 My experience at Cold Spring was amazing as usual. Erika really knows her products. She was informative and extremely patient. We were pre shopping for our new home, and need all new items. Her knowledge of the intricacies of each and every mattress and metal bed was quite amazing. She helped us select mattresses for not only our bedroom, but for my mother in laws suite as well, and provided wonderful economic choices for the childrens room. She seemed to be loved and respected by her fellow staff members, as she was interrupted several times during our visit for information. I will definitely return to make our purchase.

I have been in sales and marketing for over 20 years, so I know what makes a good salesperson... and a bad one!  I love designing and have purchased a lot of furniture for offices and market homes in the past few years.  Thus, I have come in dealt with many salespeople. 

This turned out to be a shopping trip for my own home.  Although I have been shopping online and looking around for about 18 months, I really had no intention of purchasing furniture on that day.  My daughter and I stopped to look at the tent sale and met Mike Kuhn.  I appreciated that he was friendly and available to us, but not pushy or shadowed us.  Then we decided to look inside the store "for just a few minutes".  Mike was incredibly helpful with every crazy whim of an idea I had... even to the point of carrying my favorite heavy cocktail table from the back room to see if it worked with the living room set in the front of the showroom.  (I didn't ask, he just did that on his own initiative!)  After moving this table here, and that bookcase there, I was excited to finalize (and purchase) the set of furniture and accessories for my living room makeover!  Once I got home, I realized that the two chairs I purchased would not fit in the space I had planned, and needed to switch them for the loveseat.  Again, Mike was very professional, friendly and helpful and made the change smoothly and made sure my warranty covered everything I needed.

Mike is a genuinely nice, caring guy which makes doing business with him a real pleasure.  I have a couple more rooms needing a makeover soon.  I hope Mike is still a valued salesperson at Furniture Fair when I'm ready; he will be the first one I come to see!

Karrie Ann Tracy was a pleasure to deal with. We are very particular on what we want and often have difficulty trying to reach a decision. Karrie made some good suggestions to point us in a direction we needed. She knew when to let us have time to talk and when to come back to check on us. At the end of the sale she walked us to the door and thanked us. That is a personal touch you do not often see. She definitely knows what customer service is and is good at it. My compliments go out to Karrie and the Furniture Fair staff.

My shopping experience was excellent.  My salesman, Harry, was very knowledgeable and he allowed me to shop, ask questions and make up my own mind.  I never felt any undue pressure.  I am looking forward to receiving my entertainment center soon and I intend to be back looking for a dining set.

 It is a pleasure to give comments on our FF experience.  We worked with Brian Perkins and he proved to be the quintessential sales professional.  We couldn’t have hooked up with a better associate.  Brian took the time to understand our needs and helped us through the maze of furniture on the floor as well as in catalogs.  He was attentive without being pushy and really knew his furniture – both the positives and the negatives of the various manufacturers and fabric choices.  He carefully reviewed each of our orders for accuracy and followed up with us on our satisfaction with the merchandise when it arrived.
 
The ordering process and office staff were courteous and made the order experience go smoothly.  The furniture came in early (all except for an area rug) and was delivered on our schedule.  The delivery people were likewise professional, courteous and friendly.  They delivered and set up the pieces at the promised time.
 
Overall it was a perfect experience – a rarity these days – and the whole FF staff from Brian through the office staff to the final delivery personnel could not have been better.
 
One item, the area rug was on back order until 2 November.  Working through the store manager (Roger) and Brian, we cancelled that order and have reordered another selection which should arrive in the near future.  I was delighted when FF called us to let us know of the back-order situation and asked us how best to handle it.  Customer Service at its finest.

My experience at Furniture Fair was amazing. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about. He helped me pick the appropriate mattress, and found the lowest price possible. I will most definitely spread the word about the the product and service quality of your store, and will be back for future purchases.

My experience at the Florence store was excellent. A friend who recently made a purchase there highly recommended it. Also I called around and you were one of the only places that offered removal of my old couch which was important to me. My salesman, Joe, was great. He didn't stalk me, he let me browse on my own and popped up every now and then to see if I had any questions. When I did he was knowledgeable and provided suggestions. He remembered that I had expressed concerns about the couch size due to a tight fit moving furniture into my apartment, and he recommended a very nice and reasonably priced couch that could be taken apart for easy  delivery and moving. It was perfect! It will be delivered in a few days and I can't wait. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone.

We had a good experience buying our sofa and two chairs.  Sue was very helpful with the fabric and colors and style.  I am terrible when it comes to decorating.  She was very patient.

Our experience at Furniture Fair-Eastgate was great.   We were looking to buy a new mattress and box springs.  At the door we were greeted by a pleasant gentleman who directed us to Debbie.  She did an excellent job explaining all the features of the many sets that were available.  Mattresses have changed since we made our last purchase 11 years ago!!!!!   We were shopping so after Debbie gave us the price on two or three sets that we liked we checked other stores.  After we visited four or five stores we decided our best choice in our price range was at Furniture Fair.  It didn't take long on our return to the store for Debbie and your office personnel to complete the sale.   Delivery time was set up and adhered too.  The delivery men were very courteous and helpful.   Thanks to all the personnel involved.  A special thanks to Debbie for her help.

Our experience was wonderful. I will tell everyone to come in because I was really treated well with everything that we bought there in the last couple months from the dining room furniture to the living room furniture to the bedroom furniture.  The sales people that we had were very helpful. Thank you for such a great shopping experience.

This was the first time we shopped at Furniture Fair Cold Spring.  It was a good experience, it was a Saturday afternoon (I’m sure probably one of your busiest times) we were greeted by Bill Knuckles almost as soon as we walked in the door.  We explained to him exactly what we were looking for, a bedroom set that we could get in California king size.  I didn’t what to waste time looking at bedroom sets that couldn’t be ordered in the size we wanted.  He knew almost immediately which ones could be ordered in that size (since that size is not stocked).   When we asked questions he could get the answer if he didn’t know. Also he gave us enough time to discuss this without him present.  We ordered an entire bedroom set 6 pieces.

I always have a very good experience when shopping at Furniture Fair. I have been buying there since 1995 and always deal with Janis Tibbs. Do I need to say more? Janis is so easy to work with and knows the style I'm looking for.

We had a great shopping experience at Furniture Fair.  Each salesperson was helpful in showing us different options for couches and really listened to our ideas.  Even when our salesman wasn't available, two other salespeople happily assisted us which made the decision process even easier.  We even took advantage of having one of your designers come to our home to help us make future furniture shopping more custom to our needs.  We will definitely remain loyal to Furniture Fair because of the valuable customer service.  No one else matches it.

The experience at Furniture Fair was very good.  We went to another furniture store early in the day, and felt like we were stalked by the salesperson at that store..  We did not feel that way at Furniture Fair, and actually this was the main reason we bought from Furniture Fair.

This current experience was much the same as previous experiences at FF (Furniture Fair).  Karrie Ann was knowledgeable, considered our wants and concerns, very helpful but not over-bearing.  We were buying a recliner and she showed us the differences in a very non-condescending way.  Our experiences with FF are such that we rarely, if ever, shop elsewhere for our furniture needs, even for comparisons.  Congrats on keeping a great customer-oriented staff.  Keep it up.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Furniture Fair location in Fairfield, Oh.  Our Salesman was James Christian.  James was extremely helpful but not the least bit pushy.  James showed us the many features of different sofas and recliners. He let us wonder the isles of Furniture Fair and was not on our heels, but was there in an instant if we had a question.  We selected "CatNapper sofa and loveseat" and my husband got a recliner from Franklin collection.  My husband, Jack was so relieved that we got just what we wanted without having to run all over town.

I was extremely pleased with the Sales Rep Chris Hoffman.  He was very helpful.  He definitely knew his products, colors, etc.  He did not rush us, was very patient.  Other stores I went into did not give me the personal attention that Chris did.  I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what I wanted.  He didn't say "well look around and let me know if you see something" He personally took me around the store.   I have used Furniture Fair for many years and will continue to do so.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.  I worked with a Teresa Saylor.  She was a great salesperson.  She was helpful and informative.  She did not pressure me and answered all of my questions.  She did not force anything on me and was very congenial.  I was very impressed with the use of the IPAD.  It was a great tool in the process and it made things much easier when I was comparing prices rather than having to go back and forth from items to computers.  Overall I would absolutely shop there in the future and would make sure to ask to work with Teresa again.

It was really great! I got everything I needed and Tom was extremely helpful and patient with me (I changed my mind a million times, he probably walked 10 miles in that store with me).

While shopping at your store I was approached by a floor sales person who sold me a Catnapper powered recliner.  He was very knowledgeable and sat me down on more than 10 recliners each time explaining in detail the pro's and con's of each chair.  I explained that I was just an old man shopping but I could use a recliner in my downstairs entertainment room.  I left the store and completed my appointments and went home.

Later thinking how comfortable the recliner was, I decided to go back the next day and purchase it from the salesman who spent his valuable time to make sure I was satisfied on the feel of the chair and the price.  I was impressed on his approach of offering chair warranties on the chair.  I then decided to purchased the electrical warranty as I thought the price was well worth it.  Its not everyday while shopping you run into a sales person who really cares about the customer and takes time to explain in detail so you understand everything.  I left the store feeling that I made a good purchase and hope that he was too as I came back only because of his extra effort. Seniors love attention and I was given much attention.

Purchasing furniture seems to be a major task for me.  I was very indecisive about what I wanted but Janice and Stephanie at the Florence store were such a blessing.  Both ladies were super nice, patient and accommodating.  Stephanie took the time to come out to my home and get a sense of my style.  She offered several different options and allowed me the time to make my decision.  Overall, the experience was fabulous.  Stephanie does a fabulous job.  Most importantly, her customer service skills were so top notch that I will recommend her to family/friends. My wife and I recently purchased a TV table from Furniture Fair on Colerain Ave.  The sales rep, Susan Laugle, was very helpful and personable.  We shopped at a couple other furniture stores, and Susan's service by far exceeded the service we received in the other stores.  We also recently shopped at an appliance store, and again, Susan's service was far superior.  I would recommend her to other people. 

I had a very good experience the staff was helpful and friendly.  I was loosing hope I went to American Freight they tried to sell me a flimsy bunk bed that was priced to high. I went to Furniture Fair found a better quality bunk bed and it was a hundred dollars cheaper.  Thank you Furniture Fair for making day a whole lot easier.

My experience was great; good sales rep who listened to our needs and gave good, solid advice. I'm amazed at the selection at Furniture Fair!

 

I have dealt with Kathy Burk on quite a few purchases, I have been extremely satisfied with her ideas, suggestions, and knowledge of the design business she is the main reason I keep coming back.

I would like to thank the salesman who was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the furniture that I selected. He is well educated in furniture know how and it made it so much easier for me to narrow down my preferences. I would like to thank the office workers are efficient and congenial in their part of my transactions in purchases. I would also like to thank the deliverymen for their efficient service and care in placement of the furniture in my home and for their professionalism.

Tom and I had excellent help and found the trundle bed that fit our need. We were happy with the price and were given good advice on how to choose the right trundle bed.  Our thinking had been for current needs (trundle bed for our young grandchildren's visits) and not thinking past their current ages. We chose a bed with the help of our sales lady that would grow with the ages of our grandchildren and meet the needs of any guest we would have. Excellent service and very pleased with our purchase that was delivered this Thursday.  Our sales lady was able to get the trundle bed delivered quickly. The three men that brought the bed were quick, polite, and very professional.

Visit and purchase were very pleasant. I have shopped and purchased at Furniture Fair on several occasions. I always make it my first stop when I'm looking for furniture. I believe it is of very good quality and is always fair priced. Best wishes for continued success...

Encountering Marvin Kitchen, my salesperson after briefly walking in the door, he was professional, friendly, and informational and above all he elicited no pressure what-so-ever. He answered any questions I had completely and easily. I decided on a sectional and a coffee table, which are beautiful and well made. Your company has a valuable asset and he is Marvin Kitchen. You had a very wide selection and we liked the fact that you had several "American-Made" manufacturers offered in your store, (which is the only thing we'll buy...American made products.)  Your staff was very pleasant and knowlegable and very prompt, which made our visit even more pleasant, since we were rushed to arrive on time for a special concert at our church that evening, King's Way Fellowship in Batavia! We're excited and can hardly wait for our new "love-seat" sleeper sofa to arrive!
 

I was very pleased with the service Xandria provided during my mattress shopping experience. I had been to a number of establishments offering mattresses and beds and felt seccure that I made the best choice when returning to Xandria and Furniture Fair for my purchase. She was very well-versed with information about the various brands and very personable. The store had a variety of mattresses available for me to test which was helpful! Chris Hurdle was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with.  He helped me find exactly what I needed for my new home and took the time to make sure all the details were in place.  Furniture Fair will continue to be the first place I look when I need furniture.

Our experience was great! Hobert ... was very informative without being pushy and he gave us a quick rundown at first which helped lead us in the right direction.   It is overwhelming buying mattresses. It's not something you buy often.  We took advantage of the financing which only took about 5 min.  Very happy with the experience.
 

I had one of the most positive experiences I have ever had at a furniture store.  My wife and I came in on a Thursday to look at furniture.  We were greeted by Phyllis Brown when we entered the store.  She listened to what we were looking for ... really tried to help find what we wanted.  She even looked through catalogs with us to find what we wanted.  We had to leave, unfortunately, to pick up our children and could not purchase anything that day.  She said she would look through the inventory for the type of end tables we were interested in.  When I came back on Saturday, I found Phyllis and she remembered me, and immediately showed me what she had found for us.  The dining set was perfect and so were the end tables.  We were so happy with what she found not only did we buy the table, but 4 extra chairs, 4 matching bar stools, a matching hutch, and three end tables. 

I know she is new to the position, but Phyllis' enthusiastic and non pushy approach was a welcomed change. .... Because of our positive experience and her genuine enthusiasm for wanting to help us find the PERFECT table I have already referred your store and her specifically to three of our friends who are currently looking to replace furniture.

I visited your Northgate store on Saturday June 30th. I was greeted by your sales person, Karen Moore, explained to her I was looking for a recliner sofa, for 7 years ago we had purchased a set from the Colerain store of Sofa Express, now closed and out of business, there was the recliner sofa a 2 seat Love Seat, non reclining and a Reclining rocker. The couch was primarily used by my wife and I. Two years into the purchase the seats at both ends, the recliners, began to sag and lose support. By this time Sofa Express was out of business. My wife passed away in 2008 and I have put up with the sofa, until it has become too uncomfortable  to sit in.

Any how Karen showed me several in colors that would be compatible. One I liked was in the price range I was looking for. I had been to Lazy Boy on Thursday and had spotted one there that I liked. Asked Karen to give me her card, and dimensions and specific on the one we looked at, had intended to go out to Tr.-County and check out Morris Furniture from their Saturday ad., as Karen was giving me information, she suggested we look at another sofa, we did, the pricing and sales special where attractive, it was a power recliner, the fabric and color were better suited to fitting in with the pieces I am retaining, and I decided I did not to go looking any further, so we finalized the sale, it is scheduled for delivery ....

I am pleased with Karen's professionalism, and the quality of the product. I feel I made the right choice and we have a win-win situation and that is always the best result of a sales transaction. Enjoy the 4th of July.

My son and I stopped by Furniture Fair last Sunday to purchase a new mattress and box springs set for his room.  We were wandering around the store, not quite sure what to look at, that was in our affordable budget when we stumbled upon Becca.  She was fantastic!!!!  She explained different kinds of mattresses and box springs to us, and once I told her what our budget was, she zeroed right in on a few different options that would work for us.  She not only was highly, highly knowledgeable about the subject, but she even made the experience fun.  My son was apprehensive about it all and she easily conquered his fears about the whole experience.

We think Furniture Fair is great. I can't say enough about what a great job Bri and Karrie Ann (...2 very nice ladies) did when taking care of us for our recent purchase. We came back there because of being treated so well during our previous purchase. We will continue to come there when we buy furniture. Your selections are really affordable, the qualify is excellent and the staff treats us great. Also, the payment plans are so helpful, this time the 48 months same as cash! Very smart to help people like that.

Ned was very helpful, first to my husband who made an initial phone call to the store and then to me while I was searching for bedding.  He knew what he was talking about and provided invaluable assistance in finding exactly what we needed.  We have shopped Furniture Fair numerous times and have always been pleased with the individual attention we get.  Have never felt a pressure to buy.  In fact, we are shown items we are interested in, and then the salesperson excuses himself and gives us time to discuss options, and make our choices in privacy.  Another great experience.

I was able to purchase exactly the kind of bed I was looking for!  I was also abe to purchase it for a sale price which was half of the orginial price!  Your salesman Joe was very kind and patient!  I will definitely return for my furniture needs!

Just a note to thank you for your service.  You gave us space to look around and when we consulted you about a smaller box spring for our bed (we are short people and our bed sits up too high) you introduced us to the platform option, it was the ideal solution.  You showed us how to choose a bed by menu: the wood, the hardware, headboard size and storage drawers underneath.  It was kind of fun as we didn't know so many creative options were offered to the customer.   Hope to see you again on our next visit to Furniture Fair.
 

Great service and staff from start to finish.  We bought a TV stand and the salesman was excellent and went out of his way to check on availability of several models, even though the store is being remodeled.  I could not have been more impressed.  Great product + great service = we will be return customers!

 

My sister and I have had to face trying times since our mother's fall. She has to leave our family home of many years to go into assisted living at ... Nursing Home.We had the difficult task of buying furniture to fit her new room and lifestyle.

We were warmly greeted at the door by one of your salespeople, Mike Kuhn, who immediately introduced himself and offered help in finding what we needed. We were shown a variety of lovely bedroom suites to pick from and once we decided on one, Joe Knauer helped us choose the perfect mattress and box spring, with accessories we'd need. An unpleasant task was turned into a simple, positive experience.

This was actually my very first time buying furniture and I dealt with an expert. His name was Tom, at the Northgate area he was MORE than helpful and made my very first time a GREAT experience. Thanks to him and the great sales and furniture I will continue on shopping here and I will be spreading the word !!

Rhic Lorenzo was very helpful, patient, and informative on our purchase of the Serta i-series Bradbury mattress yesterday.   He was very thorough and knowledgeable in all of his explanations and in answering our questions.  He let us take our time and try out as many mattresses as we wanted and was not pushy while my wife and I talked in private.  Rhic is a total professional through and through.  I will highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs a new mattress.

Tracy Monahan helped us, and I was really pleased with the service we received from her. She made sure she fully understood what we were looking for, and took us right to what we wanted. She was very personable and professional, and we will be coming back in a few months to buy some more pieces from her.

We had a great experience and found the product and service we were looking for.  The price was good as well, compared to other similar products.  The one thing I dread about shopping for furniture is dealing with pushy salespeople.  Luckily, we were never followed around and hounded at Furniture Fair.  The salespeople were courtious and gave us our space, simply saying something along the lines of "Let me know if you need anything".  We're picking our table/chairs up tonight at the warehouse and looking forward to enjoying the set for years to come!

Everyone I have dealt with at furniture fair has been GREAT! Really worked with my current situation of only buying a few pieces and then adding to the order in a few months.  I am able to get all my furniture and appreciate all they have done for me! Can't wait to have it in my new condo!

I should start out by saying I absolutely hate to shop for  furniture, but I was extremely pleased with the person who helped me--Jennifer Klenke.  She was patient and knowledgeable, and she seemed genuinely concerned with helping me find just the right pieces.   She was also conscientious in assuring that I picked products that I could get within the tight timeline I had given her--in time for company arriving before the 4th of July.   I purchased a couch, chair, bed, nightstand, and mattress, in large part because I felt I could trust Jennifer.  While she was helping me, she got a call from her sister ...  Jennifer told her sister she would call her back as she was with a customer.  This shows her dedication to her job and her strong customer service orientation.  I am a professor of organizational behavior at ..University..., and part of my job involves studying people, their jobs, and organizations.  I can think of no one more suited for her work than Jennifer--dedicated, skilled, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

 

I had a wonderful experience with Furniture Fair.  Having come from Macy's, where the customer service and selection of beds were minimal, I was pleasantly surprised when I got to your store.  I couldn't have been more pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the two sales associates I worked with.  They understood my time restrictions, as I was purchasing beds and mattresses for my parents who are moving into independent living.  They went above and beyond to help me and make the delivery time work and find the items I needed at an excellent price.  I would highly recommend the store for future purchases.  Thank you!

I felt our shopping experience was wonderful our sales representative was over the top.  She (Mary) knew exactly what were wanted when she asked the question "what are you looking for, formal or casual dining?"  My husband answered with "1840"s farmhouse".  She (Mary) pointed us to the most beautiful dining room set and it is perfect.  After delivery I knew she had picked out the most perfect fit for the house and we had a lot of fun working with her.  My husband and I are very pleased and are sure we will be back thanks to our saleslady; she was the best and made it a lot of fun.

My wife and I were highly impressed with Patrick's ability to assist me in finding the perfect recliner.  I am looking forward to its delivery.  We now wish we would have purchased our bedroom furniture from Furniture Fair.  We believe we would have gotten higher quality for a lower price.  We'll be back!

We had a great experience during our visit.  Both sales people we worked with were very helpful, and we were also able to arrange to pick up our mattress set same day @ your warehouse.   The pick-up went smooth, and our 4 year old was excited to be able to have that part of his new bed to sleep on last night.

My in-store experience was excellent.  First of all, no one attacked me when I walked in the door.  The young man who helped me was friendly and well-mannered and almost seemed like he was having a good time.  The delivery was prompt and the men were courteous and friendly.  My sales man followed up with a card that had a personal note from him.  It was probably the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had.

My shopping experience was very good. Brian Perkins was very helpful and friendly.  He is an excellent salesmen and one of the best I have come across while shopping for furniture.

 

I found the fact that we did not have salesmen bombarding my fiancée' and I to be very welcoming, this enabled us to look around and get comfortable with shopping at the store. Austin, one of the salesmen in the clearance area was very careful not to make us uncomfortable by asking too many questions, he only made himself available and that was probably what made us most encouraged to buy at your store. The man we actually completed the sales with, Doug, was a kind enough man and was careful to shake my fiancée' who is a woman's hand first. This shows that he is thinking about what is polite and made me pleased to see that the sales team has gentlemen on board.

Fabulous!  It was my intent to send a note to tell you of my fabulous experience at Furniture Fair! As a long-time customer of your store, this is the third home that I have outfitted from you. By far, Reginald Landrum is the finest salesperson I have encountered there!

There have been times I have been ignored walking into the store; however the person who would walk in behind me would be greeted. Little did the salesperson know that I was shopping to outfit an entire house! Reginald jumped in and stayed with me while I was making my selections. He even suggested pieces for me, researched prices, and all the while provided friendly and professional service. Going forward, Reginald will be my sole contact there.  While my home is not completely furnished as of this writing, I will be seeking out Reginald to assist me in making additional selections!

If there is some type of award that recognizes your top salespeople, I would highly recommend that Reginald Landrum be considered!

I initially met with Jack Gallagher on some items located in your tent sale? Even though this was Jack's first time at the Fairfield location, he was more than helpful and took us inside to meet Bree who worked in the bedding department.  Bree was extremely helpful and professional in explaining all the aspects of the different types of bedding?During the entire time there was no pressure to purchase and they were both EXTREMELY professional and courteous.  I would highly recommend both of these employees for recognition in your organization for a "job WELL done".  They exemplify the type of salesperson I want to have in any purchase experience.

My wife and I were in the store on Saturday the 9th and spoke with Derrick. He is wonderful to work with and was a pleasure the entire time we spent with him. He was of great help in our decision to ultimately purchase furniture which we did on Sunday the 10th. We were very pleased with the overall time he spent with us and the expert manner in which he handled everything with our purchase. We will definitely return to Furniture Fair with needs, in the future, and we will most certainly recommend Derrick to our friends who may have needs that he can meet.  

We were greeted by Xandria immediately as we entered the mattress dept. She was very helpful in choosing the correct mattress for us. We were able to lay down on all the mattress (several times) and Xandria followed with pillows so we could truly see how each one felt. Her knowledge of her products was astounding and she was eager to answer any questions we had. She also has a beaming personality and is very nice to talk to. We enjoyed the visit tremendously and will come back to her for any needs in the future. 

I must say the show room of your store is exceptional.  A great range of prices and selections on the bedding and living room items I was looking for during my shopping trip.
Also the salesperson, Bill, was very helpful without being too pushy.  He was friendly and informative and he was able to guide me quickly to a number of choices in my color palette and price range. 

I was there with my mother to look for side tables to put in my living room.  We were just out looking and we came upon a great wall hanging.  Brian Perkins helped us and showed us around to different types of wall decor with the knowlegde of where things were in the store and what I wanted.  He is very helpful and personable.  We will definitely come back and look for Brian.

I have been super excited about my Furniture Fair shopping experience.  I have had the good fortune to have Cathy Cann as my consultant and can't say enough about how great she has been.  The combination of product knowledge and her ability to assess what might fit what I am looking for have made pulling together a coordinated look super easy.  Merchandise is a good to great quality.  Prices are very reasonable.  Enjoying my shopping and hope to continue my relationship with Furniture Fair into the future as I work my way through my new home. 

Our visit yesterday was a very positive one. Tammy was very pleasant and above all patient. The service desk was prompt and very professional. Now if the delivery is just as professional we will be very pleased.

Peggy was the sales rep that helped us.  She was very helpful and "present", but at the same time gave my wife and I some space to figure out what we wanted.  She was knowledgeable about all the pieces that we looked at and was a great help.

When we picked up the pieces at the loading area, the people that helped us there were all friendly and put forth a good effort to help us load our furniture.  It was much appreciated.

We are building a new home and came in to browse and get an idea of what we could use and what we needed to buy.  Joe was very helpful and friendly.  We came back a week later and were able to get just the pieces we needed.  Joe was like an old friend by then and even recommended a mover and we have booked them to move us. 

Debbie made it easy.  I don't have a lot of extra time and we did almost everything on the phone I ran in Sunday spent about 15 20 mins. And walked out with everything taken care of.  It was great

Our experience was positive. The salesman--I believe his name was Kevin, but I had surgery a couple of days after our purchase and may not be correct--was knowledgeable and available to us without making us feel pressure. We would definitely return to Furniture Fair for future furniture needs.

Over all our shopping experience was EXCELLENT when we bought our new mattress at Furniture Fair. We were at a loss of what kind of mattress to buy that would fit both our needs. Your salesman Mr. Ned Liebowitz was very knowledgeable, and with his expertise and patience, we feel confident we chose the right mattress that will fit our needs.

There was a snag at first with the date of delivery but again Mr. Liebowitz made sure our needs were met. The delivery men were also very competent and courteous.

Our salesman was Doug. He went out of his way to help us. He carried different pieces from great distances across the showroom for me to see if they looked good with others. He was ready for any question we asked and if he didn't know the answer he got the answer for us. He searched for what I wanted and frequently phoned me with an update. My shopping experience was excellent as always. Almost all of my furniture has come from Furniture Fair. What gets me in the door is the price. I got 2 reclining chairs for the price of one. What keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service. This is the second time that Mark Hall has helped me and he is very friendly and accurate. He walked to the other side of the store to make sure that he was giving me the correct item in the computer when a price did not match. It was the correct item. Keep up the good work. 

I recently bought a living room set from Furniture fair. I was very pleased with Pete Agricola and all of his help. He was carrying tables to the living room set I wanted and then placed the lamps on them. He answered a myriad of questions. I then came back on a Monday and made some changes and he was most kind and helpful. If only everyone gave customer service the way Pete did. The ladies at the service counter were helpful and efficient. The young man who wrapped my lamps and helped me to my car was also very kind and helpful. Overall I had a very good experience at your store.

My service experience was excellent. I was being kind of a pain because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but Terry was very helpful and patient with me. He was very educated on all of the policies with the store and what goes along with the financing. I had an excellent experience.

I have been shopping around at various furniture stores and I have to say the people at furniture fair were the nicest!  They were friendly without being pushy?... We've been buying furniture from Furniture Fair for many years.  One reason we do is that we like supporting local businesses in our area.  A second reason is the large selection of all types of furniture that is available. Through the years we've purchased two couches, two chairs, a glider, end tables, coffee table, headboards, dressers....and most recently a mattress and box springs.  We've been very pleased with the quality of every piece we've ever purchased and that's an extremely important third reason for shopping at Furniture Fair.

As for the customer service, we've been satisfied w/ every sales rep we've worked with so far.  Some more so than others.  One in particular is Karrie Ann Tracy.  Our most recent purchase (a mattress) was not with her, but prior purchases were.  We like her because she is informative but knows when to walk away and let us think.  She offers good points to consider but also listens to what we want.  Making a big furniture decision can be stressful and we never felt rushed by her.  The gentleman (Mike) who helped with our mattress and box springs recently was nice and did understand what we were looking for.  He wasn't pushy and offered lots of options but once he determined just what we were looking for, he didn't try to get us to upgrade to something more expensive that was not what we really wanted.  We really appreciate that.

Also, any employees involved in the delivery, loading, etc. of furniture we've purchased have always been professional and courteous.  Another plus!

I came in on Saturday with the intention of buying a love seat only.  But... I couldn't make up my mind about fabric.  My salesperson, Michelle, was super nice and extremely helpful.  She was attentive without being pushy or smothering.  She answered all my questions and helped me look for other pieces as I changed my mind several times over what I would purchase.  After gathering information about several items, I left and went back on Sunday morning.  Again, I asked for Michelle.  She was so very nice and knowledgeable.  I wound up buying a sectional, matching chair and ottoman, 2 end tables and a floor lamp.  I can't wait to get it all delivered and set up!  I would definitely go back to Furniture Fair again for any future purchases.  I will also recommend Michelle to anyone I talk to who is thinking about a purchase.

I have been very indecisive about buying my couch. I have been to the store numerous times. Each time the sales people have been very helpful and patient I. was there so many times several of the salesladies knew me by name. Joan was especially helpful and I ended up purchasing the couch from her. I also like the fact that so much of the furniture there is American made. 

The experience was very pleasant when you consider we were purchasing an expense bed outfit.  Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  He is one of the most competent retail salesperson that I have dealt with in years.  I will and would gladly recommend him to friends and relatives!

My friend and I came into Furniture Fair a few days ago looking for Living Room furniture. Sharon CastleBlanco greeted us with a sweet smile and welcomed us to your store. She asked us what we were looking for and if she could help us find anything special. We were not sure what we were looking for, so she allowed us the time to walk around and look. Just would like to let you know that your Sales Rep. Mr. Wm. Sanders was very thorough with discussing my need to purchase a new couch and chair. He discussed with me the quality and workmanship of the products. He showed me the color swatches for the fabric selection of the furniture and the patterns available for the pillows. He commented on the fact that I had brought a slip of paper with the dimensions of the furniture I would need and that it made it much easier for him to show me in what was offered in the store. He also told me about the ease of clean up of spills of the micro suede fabric of the furniture pieces I wanted to purchase and actually told me exactly how to do it.

He was very pleasant and not even the least bit pushy. That goes a long way with me. He went out of his way to assist in finding a suitable end table but unfortunately I was not able to find the one I liked. I was very pleased with his assistance and that he made sure that I was satisfied with what I had in mind to buy. I am sure I will see him again on my next purchase needs. He stayed with me through the financial arrangements after making the best offer from your store. I knew that I could rely on Furniture Fair to have Quality merchandise and that I would not go wrong in making a purchase.

Your sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Joyce Orr was very professional and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that a lot of my selections were not in stock and would take months before it could be delivered. 

Our experience was very good. Danny Mulligan made his presence known, but gave us space. He informed us of the specials and was available to answer questions, but he didn't hound us as we tried to figure what we wanted. When we decided what we wanted to do, he had all the answers to our questions. He was very knowledgable about the products and their location in the store. He knew the inventory very well.

This experience was very positive, like many purchases before at this store. We are happy with our furniture, the finance options, the price, and especially the service. 

Jack was an excellent sales person.  He showed me what I was interested in and gave me some alternatives without being pushy.  He was very patient while I decided between items.  I was very impressed with him.

The salesperson who assisted me was Doug.  He was very friendly and really showed in interest in helping me.  There were a few items we had questions on (like if it came in a different color or size) and he found the answers for me.  He was a little slow in processing our order, but that was okay because I got what I needed.  He brought my little one a balloon, which helped keep her occupied.  He also brought us bottles of water while we processed the sale.  That was a nice, personal touch and was greatly appreciated on a hot day like Saturday! 

My Sales person RANDY GENTRY was a pleasure to deal with.  He was very patient and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He was professional is an asset to your Company. Sherry at the counter was nice as well. 

As a repeat customer I was again happy with my experience. The sales rep Joshua Kelly was great under the holiday pressure. I was able to schedule delivery after leaving the store with plans to pick it up with no problems. Will continue to shop here.

Our recent experience at Furniture Fair was very enjoyable.  Your representative, Karen Moore, was very helpful in explaining how the power lift recliner worked and which one would best help my wife to get out of the

I have spent 2 years looking the gentleman (Marvin) who wrote up my order had come two me numerous times with no pressure. So nice!  Your so lucky to have him he is such a pleasure! I would like to  thank Bob (Nebs), our sales person.  100% satisfied with the knowledge of the product he was selling.  We told him up front we were on a tight budget and he helped us to purchase the best quality mattress sets and  he did offer to us mattress covers and their benefits.  Because these sets were being purchased for children the mattress covers was a great Idea!  Thank you Bob.

Also, when entring the store we were greeted by Karen,  Furniture Specialist, and she directed us immediately to Bob.  Bob understood our situation and when we stepped away to discuss our purchase, he gave us plenty of time to discuss amongst ourselves.  With this no pressure attitude it was very easy for us to make a decision.  As of this moment, the old beds are out, new ones in with new bed frames.  All is well for the night.  Thank you. 

I was very happy with the salesperson Bill, he was attentive, but not overbearing.  The prices were good, as were the financing and protection plan.  Bill did a nice job on leaving my sister and I alone so we could decide on fabrics and I didn't feel rushed.  Overall it was a very nice experience, and I would recommend your store and salespeople. 

I can communicate nothing but a very positive experience at Furniture Fair in Cold Spring!  This was our first time in the store and we were escorted around by Brian Clark in our quest for a recliner/chair and a storage bench for the bedroom.  Brian was exceedingly patient and helpful showing us all of the existing possibilities to fulfill these needs.  We settled on a contemporary leather chair with ottoman and a leather top storage bench for the bedroom.  These items were delivered today by the Furniture Fair delivery men.  Our window of delivery was 10:45 to 12:45.  The delivery men showed up at 10:45 exactly and quickly and professionally delivered the items purchased!

As you can probably tell, I have nothing but positive feedback for the professinalilsm we encountered from beginning to end of shopping and delivery experience.  I will certainly be looking to Brian Clark (our salesman) and Furniture Fair for any future furniture needs that we encounter.  I was very impressed with the entire experience!

I had bought furniture from Furniture Fair about 2 years ago with the assistance of Mr. Mark Hall.  I was very pleased at that time and I decided to return this time. I asked to see Mr. Mark Hall and he was very professional, pleasant and accommodating.  He never rushed me and gave me all the time I needed even though it was getting close to quitting time.  He asked me several questions about what I was looking for and showed me pieces that fit right with what I wanted and needed. I had a very pleasant experience while at furniture fair buying some new stuff. This was my first time buying furniture as I'm moving into my first apartment next weekend. Julie Campbell was helping me and I was very pleased with her service. She was patient with me, as I had no clue what I was even looking for, and walked around the whole store with me to make sure I picked what I wanted.

I was at another furniture store before I stopped into your store and you can tell they were just focused on trying to sell me the most expensive couch so I would spend more money. That wasn't the case at all at furniture fair and while talking to Julie. Overall I was very pleased with the items I purchased, and the customer service i had received. I will definitely be shopping at furniture fair in the near future!

Everything went great.  I had to pay extra for a Friday delivery, but it was worth it.  The men that deliver the furniture were very nice and helpful moving the old couch for us. The salesman "Mickey" went beyond the call of duty to make the sale.

My in-store experience was great.  I knew what I was looking for and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.  She (Lynn) measured the sofa for me so I knew it would be a good fit.  She also helped me to pick some fabrics for the pillows that would match nicely with the sofa and the room.

I stopped at your store to look at bar stools.  A very knowledgeable young woman, Alyssa, greeted us and helped make my shopping experience so nice.  I didn't find the barstools but with Alyssa's help I found two rugs that I thought might work with my decor in my new condo.  After asking me about my furnishing she offered to come to my condo, bring the rugs, and help me with some decisions I don't have a lot of confidence in, decorating. My experience with Furniture Fair was terrific.  I especially enjoyed working with my sales person, Roger.  He was respectful of my time and was available whenever I needed him.  He was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to my satisfaction - and that's not always easy.  The delivery went very well.  The delivery guys were in and out and assembled everything quickly and correctly.

As always - I had a positive experience at Furniture Fair.  I have bought almost all of my furniture from Furniture Fair over the last 20 years.  Sue Sparks was the sales associate who assisted me in Alexandria, KY.  She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  She answered all of my questions and she also left me a voice as to when the next sale was scheduled.  I went back to the store at that time (which was a Saturday evening) and she actually stayed past her regular work schedule to assist me.  I had four kids with me and she provided them with cookies and a coloring book (which helped me so much!!)

I have been looking for a sofa for a few months.  I wanted to make sure that I purchased a quality product -- but within my budget.  I have previously stopped at other Furniture Fair stores within the Tri State area, but after seeing a fabric sample that I liked, I decided to go the Colerain Avenue store for a closer look.  I don't like salespeople ascending on me when I'm only five steps in the door.  Randy Gentry welcomed me to the store when I entered and then gave me space to look around before I needed my questions answered.  Mr. Gentry said he was a new employee to this store; however, I found him to be knowledgeable on the brands you carried and appreciated his input on workmanship and fabric.  I never buy big-priced furniture on the first visit, but that didn't seem to bother Mr. Gentry.  He saw me come and go into the store, answered my questions when needed, and then was professional in "closing the deal" on the sofa I wanted.

I had a very good experience. Sue was very helpful in pointing out items of potential interest, and the guys who loaded the chair into my small car were also very careful and helpful.

Our in-store experience was very good.  Amanda Schabell was helpful and even tracked down some night stands that were in a display picture but not in the catalogue.

Our in store experience was super Joe couldn't have been helpful in explaining the difference in beds and mattresses and was most helpful in all areas. His pillow recommendation was the best and we couldn't be happier. Not sure why ring out had to go to desk, no problem for us as it wasn't busy but system might be cumbersome if you had 2 or 3 customers in front of you.

Salesman (Mike Kuhn) was both knowledgeable and courteous.  Manager *worked with me on some issues of cost. I feel the price was fair.  I have always dealt with Furniture Fair and have always had a good experience.

Joe and Tom are both fabulous. Ms. Oliver was wonderful. She went above and beyond, showing us many styles of beds and sofas. She is a keeper!!

Very pleasant experience. The salespeople showed an extreme amount of patience with me because I could not make up my mind. I ended up buying the rug that I loved and a lampshade instead of a couch and chair that I had intended to purchase. I will be back to purchase the chair and hopefully you will get a couch in that will go with everything else I bought. There was no pressure at all to buy and I appreciated that.

Our Furniture Fair shopping experience was excellent. We were very impressed by Jill. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a warm happy smile. We loved the fact that she showed us where to find the dinettes but left us alone to discuss. We did not feel pressure at all and didnt get the pushy salemans vibe. She was very helpful on assisting us putting and taking out the leaf on the tables. She was very down to earth and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience at the Northgate Furniture Fair. Everyone from sales, the office, customer care and the delivery guys have all been very nice, helpful, friendly and overall wonderful to work with. I had a delivery from one of your competitors and is was a very unpleasant experience.

I was very happy with my recent experience at Furniture Fair. I was there to purchase a casual dining set. I had picked out a few online to look at in the Fields Ertel store. Dinara met us and was really helpful in listening to what I was looking for, and offering me many choices based on what I told her I wanted. Just wanted to let you know what a great experience it was to shop at your store on Fields-Ertle Rd. My girlfriend and I were able to purchase much more than we ever expected. We must have walked around the entire store about four times before we decided on what we wanted. Our sales-person was Dinara Kurmanova she was there to help us and answer all of our questions. She was fantastic and so nice and helpful. We didn't get this type of service at another funiture store we were at. Maybe it was because we are young.

I would like to give a big thanks to several on the team @ your store in Erlanger. I came in earlier this week looking for a part to a recliner. I was greeted by Jennifer, who quickly took me to someone who knew what I needed. Not sure his name, but I believe someone who may do furniture assembly. He thought that there was the part at the warehouse, but he knew exactly what I needed. And Zach called me today to come pick it up. I have needed this part for close to 2 years. I have contacted the manufacturer twice, with no response. I did not even buy this recliner from Furniture Fair, I purchased it from Lazarus a time ago. Needless to say, Furniture Fair just became the #1 spot I will go next time I need furniture!

What a great experience I had at the Fairfield Furniture Fair location. I had such a poor experience over at the new furniture home store at Tri County and came here in a foul mood. However, Gary Marsh and Karrie Tracy were absolutely the greatest sales people I have ever worked with. I will be back to purchase more and will be looking for Karrie.

We visited the Florence store and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessi Curliss. She was a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. We've shopped around a bit and she was by far the best salesperson we've dealt with at a furniture store. Nina Ramey is a great sales person, I am the manager of Metro Auto center and the reason I purchased here is because of how nice and friendly Nina is. I love all of the furniture you sell and you have gone above and beyond as a company to take care of me.

My husband and I recently purchased two mattress sets and two recliners at Furniture Fair. Our salesperson was Deborah Powers at the Eastgate office. What a wonderful shopping experience! There was no "hard sell" and we were not sure we actually were ready to buy. Deborah took her time and showed us various purchase alternatives. Within one hour we were ready to buy. Deborah was a very professional sales person, but she was very friendly and helpful. And, fun!

We purchased a houseful of furniture from Furniture Fair when we built a new home in 1998. That's why we went back last Tuesday.

Just want to let you and Mr. Groll know that the sleigh bed we purchased looks great and is much better quality that the price, in our lighting, strong daylight it actually looks fine with the Thomasville chest of drawers.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the wonderful shopping experience we had at your store.  My husband and I shop often at your Colerain Avenue location, and we have always been pleased with the customer service received and the products we purchased.  This past
weekend, we were once again impressed with the service we received.

Todd Newton went out of his way, and could not have been nicer, in helping us find a sofa for our great-room.  We had some specific need and wants for the sofa (i.e. fabric color and material, size and shape) and Todd helped us find a perfect match.  The fabric on the display model was not the type of material that would work well for our needs, but Todd called the Manufacturer's Rep, and they were able to offer another selection that worked completely.

As a business owner, in a customer service driven field, I can truly appreciate when a sales professional such as Todd Newton goes out of their way to help a customer.  In a time when customer service is lacking or non-existent in most retail operations, Furniture Fair has not compromised or relinquished the principles of excellent service.

My little dog would like to thank Xandria.  When I told her that my  little dog hurt her shoulder jumping off my bed because the frame was too high, Xandria found a lower frame and exchanged it.  Now my dog and I are both happy.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help.  I stopped over at the Eastgate store and purchased the mirror.  I had the choice of taking the floor model or waiting for the shippment and I am going to wait to see if the item comes in on time.  I am very grateful that you took the time to research this for me.  In the future I will always look here first before buying elsewhere.

Xandria, I went to Furniture Fair - tri county over the past weekend.  Thanks to your great advice I purchased the Expedition 2 bed; and three brookhaven captain's bed. ( at the time the other choices were not on the floor, so I adjusted my choices.)

As always the service was great-we have bought our furniture from Furniture Fair since Bob Daniels opened the store and we still have some wood pieces of the furniture, in the 1960's.

I just wanted to say a heart felt "Thank You" to, I believe his name is Shawn at the Colerain location. He actually works in maintenance or something similar because I purchased a table and chairs there on Friday and he was going to to take the legs off so I could take it with me but, a co-worker broke one. Shawn asked how far away I live and I'm only about a mile maybe mile and 1/2 away so, he said he would fix it and bring it over when he got off work at 6. As it turned out, he was unable to fix it so he picked up a new one and tried to deliver it to my house. After getting lost a couple of times and wasting his Friday evening, I met him at UDF and he gave me a perfect replacement leg for my table. I finished putting it together that evening and we have enjoyed it ever since. If I employed anybody, that's I would want to have that kind of customer service innate in all of my staff. I'm sure to buy from Furniture Fair again and recommend it to all my friends.

EXCELLENT customer service. Lana was our customer representative and did an outstanding job explaining all of the various details of the sofa sets you offer. She was very knowledgeable about all of the pieces. She was also patient and did not pressure us into anything. The key to your success is people like Lana. (Eastgate store) We looked at several other places as well as Furniture Fair. No one offers to remove our old furniture that we no longer want. This is the main reason for repeatedly using your store for purchases. Without this service, the process to rid us of the old furniture would have been an aggravation.

I was very well pleased in the salesman Terry; he was very helpful, not pushy.  I would seek him out again when looking for something there,  I know Peggy went the extra mile to see that my chairs with on a truck for Friday in stead of the following week.  I really appreciated her help.  Everyone was so nice and polite with I entered the store.  My neighbor and I were there shopping together and her item was also put on truck for delivery with mine.  The fellows that brought the chairs and her table were extra nice.  I have nothing but very good things to say about Furniture Fair.   Knowing that my husband had just passes away I received a beautiful sympathy card from the store.  What a wonderful surprise.  I felt like we were treated like family, Thanks for all they did.

Our experience was wonderful.  We had the best salesman who did not push us but was very helpful. We always find something to buy in your store!

After picking my bed up on 2/21 the frame was bent. So they told me i could come back the next day and they would have me a replacement. The store mamager contacted me from the Cold Springs location. They not only got a replacement for me but they delivered it and set it up. Alex was a very nice and very helpful. He not only set the bed up for me but also removed all trash. I was not happy in the beginning but i am so pleased of the service and the perfessionaL service that Alex assisted me with. THANKS ALEX!!!!You made a difference in my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience with Furniture Fair, from start to finish. We went to the location in Florence off of Spiral Drive. Patrick was our sales asociate. [We] purchased furniture from you on Sunday, September 2nd. Our furniture was delivered (Exactly) as was written on our invoice Wednesday September 5th! From our entry into the store, Joshua Kelly received us with a great "Hello" and was so helpful-Tony and Justin (drivers) were wonderful with the delivery and helping us!

The furniture was delivered at the exact begin time of our window. The men were very careful not to nick the entry way by placing the huggie mat on the door jam. They placed the furniture where I asked for it to be and asked me if I wanted adjusted any. They were very courteous and asked if there was anything else they could do for us (couldn't get them to pay for the furniture-LOL).

As usual, our experience at FF has been a pleasure and your management should be very pleased with the staff (from sales to the office to the delivery). Great Job.

I believe that the name of the delivery man was David. At any rate, he has delivered furniture to our home in the past.  He is quite an engineer, professional and knows his products. 

Great! I have had 2 recent deliveries of furniture and both times the men were very friendly and helpful.  It's a pleasure to have friendly people doing their job.  As well the sales people aren't pushy and that's what keeps me coming back to your store. Also Sandy in the office was very courteous and changed my order when I discovered I ordered 1 too many end tables.
